I think the actual window is being restored and that what we see here is some kind of transparent photographic reproduction in place for the duration of the restoration work. The original, if I am not mistaken, may well be the earliest representation in glass of this theme which graphically combines the imagery of Isaiah's prophecy with the depiction of the ancestors of Christ.
